Ordnance Survey Maps - Eryri & North Wales

Being based in Llanberis, we sell more copies of OS Explorer OL17 - Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon than any other map in the shop, and it's our staff pick for good reason: if you're walking anywhere in northern Eryri (Snowdonia), it's the sheet to carry. Alongside it you'll find OL18 for Harlech and Bala, plus Landranger coverage of Snowdon and Caernarfon, Anglesey and the Llŷn Peninsula.

Explorer maps (orange, 1:25,000) show the detail walkers need - field boundaries, crags and paths - while Landranger (pink, 1:50,000) covers more ground per sheet for touring and planning. Most current sheets include a mobile download code, so the paper map in your pack backs up the phone in your pocket rather than the other way round.
