How to Book a Repair with Buffalo Systems
Step 1: Contact the Sheffield Team
Reach out to our Sheffield team by calling 0114 2580611 or emailing info@buffalosystems.co.uk. Provide the following information:
- Name
- Home Address
- Contact Details (Email & Tel Number)
- Details about the product you need repaired
- Description of the damage, highlighting any potential areas of concern
Step 2: Send Your Buffalo in the Post
Send your Buffalo item, freshly washed and in a clean condition, securely packaged, suitable insured to the Sheffield team at the following address:

Step 3: Assessment and Payment
Buffalo Systems Sheffield team will book in the repair and perform a full assessment of your garment. After the assessment, we will contact you to arrange payment for the repair.
Step 4: Repair and Return
Once the repair is complete, Buffalo Systems will send your garment back to you via a signed-for tracked service with Parcelforce.
Step 5: Get Back Outside
With your repaired Buffalo gear in hand, you can head back outdoors for your next adventure!

All Buffalo Systems products come with a guarantee that covers the original owner who holds proof of purchase. We understand that sometimes faults can occur. If a product fails due to manufacturing faults or material defects, we will repair the item free of charge or replace it at our discretion.
Please note that the warranty is valid with proof of purchase for the original owner only. Any garment damaged accidentally, through improper use, neglect, lack of care, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of materials from extreme environmental conditions, is not covered under the warranty.
