When you check out select Click and Collect and within an hour you will receive an email to say your items are ready for collection from our store here in Llanberis.

International Deliveries

We deliver to most of mainland Europe and various destinations worldwide such as Australia, USA, Russia and China.

As we can't quote a set price for every single country please see below for estimated cost of delivery(these are calculated automatically when you choose Europe/Worldwide).

We will contact you if extra delivery charges are applicable to your order prior to shipment, this generally would be the case if you have ordered multiple items.

Customers seeking to return goods must include the order confirmation number on and within the packaging

Please note: Please post Recorded delivery. We can only refund after receiving the goods back. We do not swap items, you would need to place another order, should you wish the same item in another size or colour.

The goods must however be in an as new and unused condition in their own original undamaged packaging. The buyer must return the goods at his own expense.

Please note the buyer has 30 days from which the goods are received, to return the goods to the above address.

In the event that you, the customer, received incorrect or damaged goods, then we will pay for the return of the goods and the replacement item carriage charge. Please provide photos via email to to help expidite the process. If FREE DELIVERY has been offered then this basic delivery cost will also be included in the refund. However if an enhanced delivery service was chosen, e.g. guaranteed next day, then the extra delivery service cost will not be included in the refund only the basic delivery cost.
